The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has sent a serious warning to the All Progressives Congress (APC) regarding their movement in Northern Nigeria. In a statement released on Sunday at his church headquarters, the cleric claimed that the atmosphere in the North is changing against the ruling party.
Ayodele revealed that the party might face unexpected embarrassment if they are not careful with how they display their presence in certain Northern states. He warned that angry residents might start pulling down and destroying APC campaign banners as a sign of their frustration.
“When they put up APC banners in the North, they’ll be destroying it,” the prophet stated. He explained that this isn’t just about politics, but a reflection of the pain and dissatisfaction people are feeling on the ground.
The news has sparked a bit of tension among party supporters who fear that these “signs” could lead to real-world clashes. Many Nigerians in the region are currently dealing with high living costs, and Ayodele’s words touch on the raw emotions many are feeling. He urged the party and security agencies to focus on dialogue rather than force to avoid unnecessary trouble.
