Nigeria’s political landscape may be heading for its biggest shake-up since the 2023 elections as indications emerged that former Anambra State Governor, Peter Obi, and ex-Kano governor, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, are preparing to unveil a brand-new political platform in a dramatic rebellion against the opposition establishment.
The explosive revelation came from Buba Galadima during a heated stakeholders’ meeting in Abuja, where tensions boiled over amid fears of a total collapse of opposition unity ahead of the 2027 presidential battle.
Sources close to the power move claimed Obi and Kwankwaso secretly concluded plans to align with the newly floated Nigeria Democratic Congress, reportedly backed by former Bayelsa governor, Seriake Dickson.
In a bombshell accusation, insiders alleged that Atiku Abubakar and his loyalists hijacked the African Democratic Congress solely to advance Atiku’s presidential ambition — forcing Obi and Kwankwaso to abandon ship before being politically “used and dumped.”
“All is set,” a source declared. “Monday changes everything.”
Galadima warned supporters to brace for an all-out political war, alleging that powerful forces would unleash sponsored columnists, social media influencers, and coordinated propaganda attacks against the new alliance.
“We are already lying flat on the floor. Are we afraid to fall?” he thundered. “If they start a war, we will respond with the greatest might of intellect.”
