Nkemakolam Ukandu, a legal practitioner has on Monday, June 1, 2026 petitioned the National Judicial Council regarding the reassignment of the ADC leadership case between Nafiu Bala and Senator David Mark, by the Chief Justice of FCT, Justice John Tshoho.
The legal practitioner in the petition petitioned that Justice Tshoho and Justice Lifu are by their reassignment and accepting the case away from the original Judge handling the case at the Federal High Court level are in clear disobedience of a Supreme Court order.
