Former Director General of Atiku Youth Wing and currently Director General of The Bridge for Renewed Hope, Hon. Rowland Odih, has warmly congratulated the Governor of Ekiti State, Biodun Oyebanji, on his resounding victory in the Ekiti State Governorship Election.
In a statement in Ado-Ekiti on Sunday, Hon. Rowland described Governor Oyebanji’s victory as a clear endorsement of his people-oriented leadership, developmental strides, and unwavering commitment to the progress and prosperity of Ekiti State.
According to the former Director General of Atiku YouthWing, the overwhelming support demonstrated by the people of Ekiti reflects their confidence in Governor Oyebanji’s vision and achievements, as well as their desire for the continuation of good governance in the State.
“This victory is well-deserved and a testament to Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s dedication to delivering impactful governance, fostering unity, and advancing the welfare of the people of Ekiti State. The electorates have once again demonstrated that performance and purposeful leadership remain the strongest credentials in public service,” Rowland stated.
He also extended his congratulations to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, describing the Ekiti governorship victory as a validation of the President’s leadership and the growing acceptance of the Renewed Hope Agenda across the country.
Rowland noted that the outcome of the election further strengthens confidence in the President’s political leadership and serves as an indication of the trust Nigerians continue to place in his administration’s efforts to reposition the nation.
“The victory recorded in Ekiti State is not only a triumph for Governor Oyebanji but also a strong affirmation of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership. It demonstrates the confidence of Nigerians in the Renewed Hope Agenda and reinforces the belief that the President remains on course for an even greater electoral victory in the 2027 Presidential Election,” he added.
He urged Governor Oyebanji to remain steadfast in his commitment to inclusive governance and sustainable development while assuring him of the continued support of progressives and stakeholders who share the vision of a stronger and more prosperous Nigeria.
Rowland further called on Nigerians to continue supporting President Tinubu, emphasising his commitment to national development.
