Paris Court Jails Eight, Acquits Two for Robbery of Kardashian

A Paris Court has sentenced eight persons to prison for the kidnapping and armed robbery of American Socialite, Kim Kardashian.
The judge, this night, jailed the eight for between three and eight years.
But it also acquitted two others for insufficiency of evidence linking them to the robbery way back in 2016.
Kardashian was in Paris for a music festival, an event that attracted music greats from all over the world.
But after she returned to her high brow hotel in Paris, 10 persons, including a woman, posing as policemen, managed to breach her security, kidnapped and robbed her of jewelries said to be worth millions of dollars and about $10 million cash( about N16 billion), the last of which was never recovered.
In her evidence – in- Chief last week, Kardashian had said while the incident lasted, she thought she could be raped or even killed.
One of the suspects is dead , another cancer and yet another, the Parkinson Syndrome.
