Bamanga Usman Jadda’s Distinct Awards; Blazing the Trail in Oil and Gas Free Zone Authority OGFZA,

After one year down the line, the leadership qualities in Alhaji Bamanga Usman Jada is manifesting, justifying the appointment by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to complement the Renewed Hope Agenda in the Oil and Gas Free Zone Authority (OGFZA).
The decision of Leadership Newspaper that bestowed on the new Chief Executive Officer, the best ‘CEO of the year ‘ 2024, was an indicator of his unique performance just after one year down the line, was a justification of his unique performance.
In the course of time and assumption of leadership of OGFZA , he has sustained the mandate of managing the organization through the establishment of more offices and maintaining the existing ones .
With his wealth of experience, he created additional free zones in Rivers state, Port Harcourt and Akwa ibom state to encourage foreign direct investment FDI.
The foreign direct investment FDI, will create over 30,000 jobs cumulatively across the sector just less than two years down the line.
The positive development aside earning the Leadership Newspaper Award has earned him an award by PEBEC on assumption of duty, for introducing automated practice that tend to digitise all activities and programs of the OGFZA in less than two years.
With zeal to continue to do more in the area of innovations, transformation and initiatives,Jadda has developed a template of sustaining the existing success story and opening up more .
With solid foundation, no doubt , under the Renewed Hope Agenda, the Oil and Gas Free Zone OGFZA will not only be digitized, but will improve the activities of oil and gas in the country.
In this vein , the appointment of Bamanga Jadda was not only the right decision, but a round peg in a round a hole in OGFZA .
It is already in the public domain , that under the current and new leadership, oil and gas industry will be deregulated in line with the requirements of domestic and global standards.
