Australia has began its nationwide ban on under 16 citizens from the social media.
The ban is to ensure that citizens under the age of 16 are not exposed to the harmful effects of the social media.
Proponents say that the regulation was introduced after studies showed that children were becoming addicted to the social at the cost of other useful engagements.

The echelon of the American Department of Defence ( the Pentagon) is at the head of the American delegation to Ukraine for talks on ending the war between Russia and Kiev
Two officers, thought to include the Secretary of Defence, are in Kiev to meet the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, who has been on a global tour of recent trying to garner support for his country war efforts.
It is understood that the American brass had brought with them a 28- point proposal for ending the three -year old war with Russia.
The plan was allegedly drawn up by President Donald Trump, allegedly with active Russian inputs.
There have been no official comments from Ukraine on the development and details of the proposal have yet to be made public.
Trump has been at the forefront of the efforts to end the war.

Trump Signs Bill On Epstein Files Release
President Donald Trump has signed into law, a bill for the full release of the Epstein files.
The President signed the bill soon after it was transmitted to him following a positive vote on the bill by both the Senate and the Congress
While the Senate voted unanimously to pass the bill, only one member of Congress voted against it.
Following the passing of the bill, the Department of Justice ( DoJ) has 30 days to act to release the full files of Jeffrey Epstein, a serial sex offender who allegedly died in prison while serving a jail term for the rape of a teenager and the sexual assault of another woman.,
Democrats recently released 2,300 pages of the files in which Trump was mentioned by name in at least three places.
Trump has repeatedly denied and links to Epstein and gang, but the media have published photographs of him and Epstein, and evidence of their mutual affectionate communication, including the affectionate personal letter Trump wrote to Epstein on his 50th birthday .

EU Foreign Ministers Meet In Brussels
Foreign Ministers of the European Union EU have started a meeting in Brussels, Belgium, as they respond to unfolding humanitarian and other conflict situations in the world.
They are particularly concerned at the situation in Ukraine, and in Gaza and The Sudan.
With regard to Ukraine, the foreign Secretaries are discussing how to strengthen the hands of Ukraine to stem Russian battle field advances, while examining how to respond to the humanitarian situation in Sudan.
On Gaza, they are likely to harmonise position on how to train 3,000 Palestinian policemen for Gaza.
