STERLING LEADERSHIP IN DISTINCTION.

Stack truth ; Barrister Chiedu Ebie has scored high goals as Chairman, NDDC Governing Council Board in manners that even his fiercest detractors and critics cannot wish away. He has employed the instruments of his wealth of knowledge as required of his office to wrought tremendous change in the agency, aimed at meeting the yearnings of the people of the Niger Delta region.
To posit that the people are impressed with his leadership style and performance is to be clearly stating the obvious. Barrister Chiedu Ebie’s sterling forthrightness and performance is out of this planet and it didn’t start today. It has been well ingrained in him right from the formative stage of his life, and he has built on these sterling leadership qualities over the years even before his appointment by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
As evidently seen in his performance so far, it cannot be denied that he came prepared and well equipped for the job. His public service credential for example is unmatched and second to none. Impressed with the NDDC under him, the people of the Niger Delta region did not relent in commending his contributions nor hidden their joy in appreciation of his sterling qualities.
Under his watch, the agency has transformed massively and returned to a symbol of effective people-oriented and goal-driven interventionist agency it was ab-initio established to be. Under his visionary and sterling leadership, the NDDC has received accolades and numerous awards, the most recent being the Award of Excellence bestowed on the agency by the University of Port Harcourt ( Uniport ), Rivers State at the 35th convocation ceremony of the institution about a month ago.
Barrister Chiedu Ebie’s calm demeanor, articulate delivery, pared strategic clarity and political maturity facilitated all these awards, which he described as a call for greater service. Truly, his sterling leadership has in no small measure brought fresh air into the agency and renewed the hope of the people.
A thorough look at the NDDC under Barrister Chiedu Ebie’s watch, without doubt shows it is making so much difference and has indeed experienced appreciable transformation ; a fact that cannot be contested, given the number and quality of projects executed and delivered.
The former Secretary to the State Government, (Delta) SSG, has continued to gain public trust and confidence demonstrated through his effective leadership principles, uprightness and moral strength. It is a sterling leadership difference in distinction.
