In a letter dated March 20, 2026, the Southeast zone of African Democratic Congress (ADC) distanced itself from the court case by some State leaderships of the party against the national leadership.
In similar vein, the Benue State chapter of the party has distanced itself from the suit.
They declared their loyalty to the national leadership of the party.
