The United States has claimed the capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife following a series of reported US military strikes in Caracas, Miranda, Tinaquillo, Aragua, and La Guaira.
American President Donald Trump announced the development but provided no details on the operation or the current location and condition of those reportedly detained.
