A public affairs analyst and philanthropist, Mr. Lucky Ehiwuogwu Monye has urged Christians to live by the values professed by Jesus Christ.
He said that it was only by their exemplary conduct that Christians could positively differentiate themselves from the rest of the society.
In his goodwill message to Christians at the feast of Easter, Monye, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Monaco Ventures Nigeria Limited, acknowledged the sacrificial conduct of the faithful during the Lenten period.
He said such disposition was in deference to the virtues inherent in the ageless traditions of Christianity and commended them for the successful completion of the fast embedded in the Lenten period.
However, Monye, a faithful of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ika South, urged them to sustain the virtues of tolerance, humility, sacrificial living, moral rectitude, restraint, resilience and hope beyond the Easter season.
According to him, the virtues were vital not only to mark out Christians from the rest of society for good but also because they remain the mandatory requirements for the sustainable development of the human society.
He urged them to sustain their prayers for the sustainable growth of the country and its citizens.
