Major General Michael Onoja, Director of Defense Media Organisations has said on Arise TV that the elimination of terrorist Al-minuki is a proof of the success of the ongoing collaboration between US Government and Nigerian Government in terms of the fight against insecurity.
He clarified that there was no American boot on the ground during the operation. He said the US Government only provided intelligence.
He also advised Nigerians to trust the Nigerian Armed Forces and stop paying ransom to kidnappers.
