…..Urges Farmers and Stakeholders to Support Renewed Hope Agenda and President Tinubu’s 2027 Re-election
Former Director-General of Atiku Youth Wing and now Director-General of The Bridge for Renewed Hope, Hon. Rowland Odih, has on Thursday commended the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for its sustained commitment to revitalising Nigeria’s agricultural sector through the Renewed Hope Agenda.
Hon. Rowland in a statement signed by the media office of The Bridge for Renewed Hope noted that the President Tinubu-led Federal Government’s interventions aimed at improving food security, supporting farmers, expanding access to agricultural inputs, promoting mechanised farming, and encouraging private sector investment are laying a solid foundation for a more productive and self-reliant agricultural economy and country.
According to him, agriculture remains the backbone of Nigeria’s economy and the surest path to achieving food sufficiency, creating employment, reducing poverty, and boosting non-oil exports. He stressed that the Tinubu administration has demonstrated the political will to reposition the sector for sustainable growth and national development.
He therefore called on farmers, cooperatives, agribusiness operators, agricultural associations, investors, and all stakeholders in the agricultural value chain to continue partnering with the Renewed Hope Agenda by taking advantage of the various policies and programmes introduced by the Federal Government.
Hon. Rowland further urged stakeholders across the country to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election in the 2027 presidential election, stating that continuity of the current agricultural reforms will accelerate rural development, strengthen food security, and ensure greater economic prosperity for Nigerians.
He reaffirmed his unwavering support for the Renewed Hope Agenda and expressed confidence that with sustained collaboration between Government and stakeholders, Nigeria’s agricultural sector will attain unprecedented growth for the benefit of present and future generations.
