The Kuwait Government has said that several American fighter Jets have crashed in the country since the break of dawn on Monday.
The planes were in action when they crashed.
Details of how they suffered their poor fate were unknown , but the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defence m, which broke news of the development, said the pilots of the aircraft were safe.
Two separate videos shown on Al Jazeera Television showed two fighter jets crashing at two different locations.
Unofficial sources said a third similar incident had played out, though evidence had yet been presented in public to back it up, at press time.
The reason for their crash remained unknown, but one of the videos showed an F-15 Eagle assault aircraft torpedo, with its tail on fire as it tumbled down.
The development comes as Iran struck an oil refinery in Saudi Arabia, setting it alight.
The three- day conflict has led to multiple Iranian deaths and several deaths among American troops and at least 10 Israelis.
It has also led to the cancellation of more than 1,500 flights.
