The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Delta State House of Assembly, Ika South Constituency, Hon. Mrs. Cordelia Anyangwu, has called on the youth to take charge of their future by setting aside sentiment and supporting all APC candidates in the forthcoming elections.
She urged them to rally behind President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Delta State Governor Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, the APC candidate for the House of Representatives, Emmanuel Osazuwa, and other APC candidates, expressing confidence that the people would witness accelerated development and meaningful progress when competent leaders are elected into office.
In a media chat, the 2027 APC House of Assembly flag bearer for Ika South constituency, commended the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, describing his administration as one of the most impactful in the state’s history.
She added that, if elected to represent Delta North in the Senate, Okowa would leverage his experience to attract more democracy dividends and developmental projects to the district.
On President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s 2027 re-election bid, Hon. Anyangwu said it deserved the support of all well-meaning Nigerians.
According to her, President Tinubu inherited an economy weakened by decades of structural challenges and has embarked on far-reaching reforms aimed at rebuilding the nation.
She expressed optimism that the ongoing reforms would lay a solid foundation for sustainable economic growth and create a better Nigeria for the present and future generations.
