….Says President Tinubu is Committed to Easing The Burden of Nigerians
Former Director-General of Atiku Youth Wing and now Director-General of The Bridge for Renewed Hope, Hon. Rowland Odih, has on Wednesday commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for approving the reduction in import tariffs and levies on vehicles.
According to a media statement signed and made available to newsmen by the media office of the The Bridge for Renewed Hope, Hon. Rowland described the Presidential directive as another bold and people-oriented policy of the Renewed Hope Agenda, aimed at easing the economic burden on Nigerians.
Hon. Rowland said the directive demonstrates President Tinubu’s unwavering commitment to implementing practical reforms that improve the welfare of citizens and stimulate economic activities across the country.
According to him, the reduction in vehicle import tariffs will make automobiles more affordable for many Nigerians, lower transportation costs over time, and provide much-needed relief to families, entrepreneurs, transport operators, and businesses that depend on vehicles for their daily operations.
“This remarkable directive is yet another clear indication that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is committed to reducing the burden on Nigerians. It reflects a leadership that listens to the concerns of the people and is determined to implement policies that deliver tangible economic benefits,” Hon. Rowland stated.
He further noted that the administration’s ongoing economic reforms are laying the foundation for sustainable growth, job creation, and improved living standards, while encouraging greater investment in the nation’s economy.
Hon. Rowland urged Nigerians to remain patient and continue supporting the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
He further expressed confidence that the reforms being implemented by the President Tinubu administration will yield even greater dividends in the months and years ahead.
He also called on Nigerians across all regions, irrespective of political, ethnic, or religious affiliations, to rally behind President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and support his 2027 re-election campaign, stating that continuity in leadership of the country would enable the administration to consolidate on its ongoing reforms and deliver greater dividends of democracy to the Nigerian people.
Hon. Rowland re-affirmed his confidence in President Tinubu’s vision for a prosperous Nigeria and expressed optimism that, with the continued support of Nigerians, the Renewed Hope Agenda will accelerate national development and economic prosperity.
