Deputy National Welfare Secretary of African Democratic Congress (ADC) and party chieftain from Kogi State, David Itopa (History) on Thursday visited party leaders and supporters from across Kogi Central senatorial constituency.
“Yesterday, I had the privilege of joining leaders of the Kogi Central ADC at the stakeholders’ meeting held under the distinguished leadership of Engr. Sam Uhuotu.
“At the meeting, I conveyed the fraternal greetings of our National Chairman, H.E. Sen. David Mark, and the National Vice Chairman (North Central), Sen. Tunde Ogbeha,” History said in a message to the press.
“The meeting, which witnessed a sea of leaders and stakeholders from across the five (5) local government areas of Kogi Central, was a clear testament to the growing popularity and acceptance of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as the leading opposition party in Nigeria, particularly within the Kogi Central Senatorial District,” a follow-up message from his media office said.
“I also briefed the leaders and stakeholders on the significant gains the party has made in mobilizing Nigerians to join the ADC in our collective resolve to rescue the country from its current challenges, brought about by the mismanagement and policy failures of the APC-led administration,” History concluded.
